Modelling – Insight before investment

Before you invest, you need certainty at every step. In the Model phase, data driven modelling becomes the foundation for all decisions that follow.

We start from data on your consumption, contract structures, energy assets and operational constraints. Based on this baseline, we model scenarios across contracts, assets, PPAs and flexibility. Each scenario quantifies financial and CO₂ impact, making trade offs explicit and business cases robust.

The result is better decisions, reduced risk and a solid energy roadmap that continues to steer every next step.

Saving is our primary focus. You should not be paying for energy you do not consume. Heating, lighting, pumps and compressors: we can easily pick the low-hanging fruit out of your energy data.

We turn validated models into controlled execution. AYA manages roll out end to end across contracts, assets, PPAs and flexibility, always aligned with the model you approved.

For assets, this means structured tendering, partner selection and full project coordination from design to commissioning. We manage risks, timelines and budgets centrally and report transparently on progress and deviations.

Operate – Value over time

After implementation, performance must be actively managed. In the Operate phase, we keep your energy system aligned with the model as conditions change.

Assets, contracts, PPAs and flexibility are continuously monitored and optimised. The Flex Hub connects your assets to markets and grid needs, enabling controlled steering of consumption, production and storage within your operational and contractual boundaries.
