Your role

As an Energy Partner, you willl play a pivotal role in every facet of the energy transition for large and complex organisations. You will be entrusted with the management of high-profile corporate/public clients facing complex energy challenges. 

Your responsibilities will span from reviewing & steering energy strategies, translated into value-creation roadmaps, to overseeing the implementation of optimised solutions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. With a focus on our four pillars — energy strategy, on-site energy, off-site green energy (PPAs), and the management of residual energy from the grid — you will manage a cohesive energy roadmap for each client and deliver it. 

Acting as the primary point of contact, you will closely manage a customer portfolio and all associated stakeholders, including energy suppliers, solution providers, and partners. You cultivate and oversee an industry segment, identifying their specific needs and crafting tailored propositions. You actively contribute to positively impact the EBIDTA of your designated clientele.

Next to your energy expertise, you have a people drive to coach and support a group of Energy Managers to ensure they deliver our services according to high-quality standards, in line with our ambitious goals, while empowering them to realise their full potential.

Who you are

  • You have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) engagements within the energy industry.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of at least 5 to 10 years in a professional capacity.
  • You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Law.
  • You have leadership skills with a passion for nurturing team growth.
  • You are a native speaker of one national language and fluent in the second in the second language, including English.
  • You want to be an active contributor to the energy transition & are ready to walk the talk.
  • You have good analytical skills, show curiosity for technical aspects and a genuine interest in your clients, paired with excellent communication skills.
